In order to carefully summarize the various work carried out around the goals of "improving quality, increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and innovating" in 2024, commend various advanced employees, and clarify the work policies and goals for 2025, on the afternoon of February 15th, the company held the 2024 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference and the 2025 Policy and Guidelines Release Conference in the fourth floor auditorium. The content of this conference includes various advanced commendations, reading out the core content of corporate culture, discussing the most perfect work completed in 2024, reporting by department heads of various companies, and a chorus of all attendees.

The conference successively commended the winners of the Outstanding Employee, Best New Employee Introduction Award, Best Proposal Improvement Award, Skill Star, Loyalty Award, and Meritorious Award. Mr. Qian, Mr. Zhang, Mr. Xiao Qian, and Mr. Huang went on stage to present the awards to them. Next, all employees will read out the core contents of the corporate culture together: corporate mission, corporate vision, core values, and corporate quality policy. After the reading, everyone shared their most perfect work completed in 2024, including the research and development of a new product, the improvement of a certain process, and the development of a non-standard automation equipment


Subsequently, the heads of the sales department, research and development department, procurement department, production department, quality department, engineering department, production technology innovation department, finance department, administration department, and motor business department successively conducted annual work reports. They comprehensively summarized the performance and shortcomings of the past year and clarified the work goals and plans for 2025.

Finally, Mr. Qian took the stage to make a concluding speech, pointing out that in the face of the severe background of the overall poor economic situation of the country and the severe decline of the industry, we have "survived" in 2024! In 2025, we must always maintain a sense of crisis, face various challenges, and continue to adhere to the work policy of "improving quality, increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and innovating". The main specific work to be carried out is as follows:


1. Focus on and adhere to a management strategy that integrates zero defects, lean production, and proposal improvement to pursue excellence and continuous improvement. By clarifying common goals, integrating management process systems, strengthening and establishing incentive mechanisms, and continuously optimizing and improving measures, various tasks are carried out.


2. Focus closely on the strategic goal of lean zero defects, especially in the manufacturing system, which should be promoted with the work philosophy of "two highs and one low" (improving quality, increasing efficiency, and reducing employee labor intensity).


3. Efforts should be made to promote the work of reducing the number of people in the province.


4. Advance the automatic batching AGV project and electronic kanban MS system.


5. Continuously carry out product innovation and development work.
