In order to enrich the cultural life of employees, relieve daily work pressure, and strengthen the cohesion of the company team, cultivate mutual assistance, friendship, unity, and communication skills among everyone, and create a good and harmonious collective atmosphere, the company organized all party members and 2023 advanced employees to visit the Shaoxingdou Tiangong, Keyan Scenic Area, and Anchang Ancient Town scenic spots on April 7th, and carried out a one-day team building activity with the theme of "Meeting a Better Self in 2024".

In this event, we also arranged a team competition, divided into the Tianxing headquarters group and the Electromechanical Tamm group. On the bus, we played singing competitions, guessing place names, connecting idioms, matching ancient poems, guessing song names, and other games. Everyone worked hard to brainstorm for their team, and laughter and joy filled the air.

In the morning, visit the Douliu Heavenly Palace

Here, the mountains are clear and the waters are beautiful, and the scenery is stunning. The thousand year old osmanthus forest stretches for dozens of miles, and the fragrance spreads far and wide, creating a magnificent sight. The ancient temple community of the Hidden Treasure Forest Mountain is surrounded by Sanskrit sounds, with morning bells and evening drums. Many celebrities and scholars in history have visited this place and left behind many poems, such as Tang Dynasty poet He Zhizhang, Southern Song Dynasty poet Lu You, Ming Dynasty scholar Zhang Dai, and modern Buddhist scholar Nan Huaijin.

Visit Ke Yan Scenic Area after Chinese Cuisine

Here, the millennium Yue culture shines brightly, showcasing the charm of Shaoxing's unique stone culture, water culture, bridge culture, wine culture, opera culture, literati culture, and folk culture. Go to Ke Yan to see the wonders of cloud bones, go to Jian Lake to sit on a small boat with a black canopy, go to Lu Town to listen to Lu Xun's laughter and anger. If you are not careful, you will encounter Kong Yiji and Xiang Lin Sao in Lu Xun's works.

In the middle, we also played a rock paper scissors game and a single person relay skipping rope competition. The simple team game aroused everyone's enthusiasm and they cheered and supported their team.

Finally visit Anchang Ancient Town

This is a typical ancient town in Jiangnan, with a three mile long riverside street market, traditional shops and workshops, scattered pavilions and arcades, pink walled and black tiled platform houses, winding and deep stone alleyways, and various ancient and colorful stone bridges. The families in the ancient town still maintain traditional living customs, and the local customs depicted by Lu Xun can be seen everywhere.

Although the tour group building activity was short, the emotional communication time between everyone was not short. While relaxing both physically and mentally, we not only improved cohesion and mutual understanding, but also deeply realized the importance of teamwork. We believe that in our future work, we will work together to face challenges and create a better tomorrow. This team building activity also came to a perfect end amidst laughter and joy.
