      1、 Participate in the third phase of supplier zero defect quality culture training for Fangtai

On July 3rd, the company organized leaders from various business units to participate in the third phase of supplier zero defect quality culture training at Fangtai Company. This training was led by Mr. Wen and Mr. Wang from the Fangtai Innovation Department, who provided detailed explanations and guidance on zero defects from the "three questions of managers" to the "current challenges" and the "essence of quality management". At the same time, we revisited the content of "one center, two basic points, three representatives, and four basic principles" of zero defects, truly experiencing the philosophy of zero defects: zero ideas, zero requirements, and zero results.

      2、 Independently conducting quality awareness training for employees

In order to enhance the quality awareness of employees, the company organized a total of 75 quality personnel and workshop management personnel to receive quality awareness training in batches, with Quality Director Luo Fumao serving as the training instructor. The training content includes five aspects: basic knowledge of quality, quality management concepts, brewing quality awareness of quality culture, the importance of product quality, and the quality awareness that employees need to possess. Through exams, the qualification rate of the training reached 93%.

      3、 Determination of the Zero Defect Ambition Project

      The company organized department heads to submit a zero defect aspiration and combined it with the development of the project. Through discussion, the company plans to organize four research projects, including one designated by Fangtai Company (Fangtai nozzle stamping zero), and three independently developed projects by our company (Fangtai heat exchanger leakage zero, Fangtai igniter label poor zero, and Fangtai upper exhaust fan poor zero).

      Zero defect "is not an absolute numerical value of zero in our daily mathematical sense, but rather an idea, an idea, an attitude, a goal, and a result.
