On the afternoon of June 16, 2023, the "Zero Defect Restart" mobilization meeting for Tianxing Electric and Tam Electric was held in the fourth floor report hall. The conference invited Tan Fulin, Director of Fangtai Quality Sharing Department, Li Xian, and Kong Haibin, engineers, to mobilize and guide the conference. Qian Zhihong, General Manager of the company, and some middle and senior leaders participated. The conference was presided over by Luo Fumao, the Director of the Quality Department of the company. With the watching of short videos "Three Minutes to Understand Zero Defects" and "President Mao of Fangtai on How to Introduce Zero Defects and Promote Zero Defects", the mobilization conference began.

      Director Luo Fumao introduced the theme of "How Quality Achieves or Destroys an Enterprise" and gave a detailed introduction from four aspects: "Why Promote Zero Defects", "Review of Early Activity Development", "Zero Defect Projects for Each Business Unit", and "Implementation of Later Activity Plans". At present, the company has established a lean zero defect promotion organization, produced zero defect brochures, carried out zero defect reading activities and special training, and identified three zero defect projects, including zero water leakage of the heat exchanger Fangtai offline, zero igniter label defects, and zero offline defects of Fangtai upper exhaust fan.

      Subsequently, Director Tan Fulin and Minister Li Xian of Fangtai Quality Sharing Department highly praised our company's planned zero defect activities and put forward suggestions, requirements, and hopes. Firstly, Fangtai is promoting zero defect activities, and as important suppliers, Tianxing and Tam must also carry out zero defect activities to maintain communication consistency; Secondly, if Tianxing and Tam need to continue their development, they must undergo changes, and zero defects are an abnormal revolution that must be made; Thirdly, to promote zero defect activities, specific organizations and individuals should be implemented to truly achieve the goal of "everyone taking responsibility and linking them together"; Fourthly, the promotion of zero defects is not achieved in a single day, and we need to always adhere to doing it right once.

      Finally, General Manager Qian Zhihong gave a concluding speech. He stated that the company has made progress and improved quality since carrying out zero defect activities in 2017, but there are still some problems like persistent illnesses that recur after a period of time. This requires us to start from a cognitive perspective, transform our thinking, and re recognize zero defects from the previous tools and methods, promoting zero defects and remaking. Quality is life, life only comes once. Only through a down-to-earth and heroic quality revolution can our enterprise survive and live more exciting lives.
